Dr Isom is a great PCP, professional, knowledgeable and informative. However, front office staff are lacking, depending upon which location you visit. Often confused, providing sometimes less than accurate information/ directions. Lacks follow-up.

Dr. Isom is always personal, thorough, and informative....I had not seen Dr. Isom since Nov. 2023....my appointments were not scheduled for his day at this particular office...which I was unaware that Thursdays are his days at the office I visit... I had a prescription and an inhaler had not been filled since the last time I saw Dr. Isom...I discussed my refill concerns with the other doctors. With NO avail!!!! However, when Dr. Isom was informed , he immediately called the pharmacist to bepicked up...Dr. Isom even checked my heart rate..checked my ankles for swelling...and took TIME to discuss further concerns. Which those other doctors DID NOT address..Moving forward, I will be scheduling my appointments on Thursdays, when Dr. Isom will be available....THANK YOU, Dr. Isom!!!!!!

Just an ordinary visit to the doctor. The location, and environment is more enchanting than the downtown office. The support staff was attentive, a few to the point of sounding phony, almost as if, they were a robot. Overall, not a bad experience at all. It’s far for me to commute, yet, this is the norm in Metro Atlanta.

The check in/registration process should be re-evaluated. A person's cell phone may have bad reception or weak signal and the link can't be accessed. I was provided a tablet but saw older patients and people there before me still attempting to register via cell device. Luckily I'm pretty tech savvy and completed the registration quickly. I was told only one tablet was available when I expressed my concern about the others experiencing problems. This may deter patients from returning due to frustration and prolonged visits. Also I was to provide a urine sample and the rest room was horrible. The trash can was overflowing and there were no seat protectors or Lysol. I was very uneasy about using this restroom.

My first visit with Dr. Isom was great. I enjoyed my interaction with him. He was very friendly, welcoming, caring, and did listen to my concerns and opinion. The only issue I had was that my prescription was sent in late to the pharmacy. I had to make several follow up calls to the clinic for my prescription to be sent. Otherwise, my overall experience with Community MD was good.

I honestly believe God led me to this clinic. From my first phone call and speaking with Evette, I felt I was in good hands. I cannot recall the name of the nurse that helped me during my visit but she was awesome. We talked like old friends and she had me at ease the entire time. Her blood draw didn’t even hurt! I found Dr. Williamson to be war, compassionate and caring and completely professional. I don’t usually like anything medical but I not only like this practice, I trust them. Thank you all. You’re a great team and a wonderful asset to our community.

Did not see Dr Ash which was the reason I booked because all the reviews talked about how great he was. My physical was the shortest one I've ever had, so I felt like there was not enough observation. One guy did pop in and asked the lady who was drawing my blood what was taking so long when she was drawing my blood. I know he was joking and was ready to go but not a good look for a new patient. Overall it was a ok experience, everyone was nice more especially the ladies working the front desk.

Mrs. Williamson was awesome! She took her time and was very thorough with me. My biggest complaint was the tech who drew my blood! She poked my arm in a regular chair while it was hanging off the side . The procedure was excruciating! It felt like she went straight in the meat of my arm as opposed to the vain. She made no effort to bandage the wound afterwards, and allowed me to bleed out after the withdrawal. I had to request a bandage to stop the bleeding.

Dr Isom was excellent and very thorough. However the wait time before seeing him was excessive. Nearly one hour after appointment time.

I had a good experience overall, but it felt rushed. The nurse that took my blood bruised my arm, she had a hard time drawing blood.

He always makes you feel like with a little more discipline and attention to your health, you will be just fine. Everyone from check-in to check-out are very knowledgeable professional and personable. I feel very comfortable, heard and well received during every visit.

This was my 2nd office visit and I am beyond satisfied. I am always greeted with a smile and hello. My visits have not been rushed and I am able to speak without any interruptions. Natasha Williamson is my goto for the long run.

My visit with Dr Isom is always a good experience. I am always able to address my medical issues with him and he is wonderful at explaining or answering any of my questions on a level that is easy to comprehend. I never have to worry about feeling "silly" about asking anything that I don't understand. There is a warm atmosphere in this practice where a patient is made to feel welcome.

I love going to see my primary because she is very caring and helpful. I would not want another MD. She is very thoroughly. She makes sure she gets to the root of your health issues and she shows a lot of concern. The whole staff is courteous and knows you by name especially when you call. They will greet you every time. I would not change my doctor for anyone!

It was informative, the doctor let me talk, when she discovered I was there to make sure I was healthy enough for hip replacement surgery, she then explained what I should and expect. She made me feel comfortable and and appeared to really take interest in my well being. I have recommended my to her.

Dr.Travis is the best doctor that I have encountered, in a very long time. My optimism that my mother’s health can improve is the increased, after one visit with Dr. Travis. Unlike other doctors, she finally recommended medication adjustments and a plan for improving my mother’s health. She called me at 536 pm on Friday to confirm the new medication had been sent to the pharmacy and explain that the pharmacy might have questions about the adjustment. Additionally, she provided validation for my feelings about my mother’s health and encouragement/suggestions for dealing with my mother’s current health challenges.

Great and efficient experience

Dr. Isom is very professional with a nice bedside manner. He takes the time to listen to what you are saying and calculate that into his care for you. He doesn't make you feel like a number on a chart. HIs staff at the Camp Creek Office and the Atlanta office are very nice and friendly. I have already recommended him to two of my friends.

Even though the staff was short-handed they still provided great service.

I had a great experience .All of my needs were attended to. Very comfortable and clean facility. Dr.Williamson was very attending and answered all questions.Her nurse made me feel very comfortable and easy to communicate regardless of what the topic of the conversation was.
